Refund and Digital Delivery Policy

This policy explains how TandemLights handles digital delivery, failed access, duplicate purchases, refunds, and pre-release product changes.

Final refund rules should be confirmed before checkout is enabled and should match the exact Stripe checkout, app store, ebook store, or fulfillment system used at launch.

Digital Delivery

Digital products may be delivered by email, secure download link, customer account, app access, or a third-party platform. Delivery timing and method will be shown at checkout or in the product description when paid products become available.

Download and Access Problems

If a valid order cannot be accessed because of a broken link, failed email delivery, corrupted file, duplicate account issue, or technical error, contact start4futurellc@gmail.com. We will make a reasonable effort to restore access, resend the file, or provide an alternate delivery method.

Digital Product Refunds

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, all digital sales may be final once the file, app access, or protected content has been delivered. TandemLights may approve refunds at its discretion for duplicate purchases, accidental orders, technical failures we cannot resolve, or other case-specific reasons.

Preorders and Early Access

If preorders, beta access, or early access products are offered, the product page will describe what is included, expected timing, and whether the purchase is refundable before release. If a paid preorder is materially changed or cancelled, TandemLights will provide a reasonable remedy such as a refund, replacement, or revised delivery timeline.

Subscriptions

If subscriptions are added later, subscription terms, renewal timing, cancellation steps, and billing disclosures must be shown before checkout. This policy should be updated before any subscription billing is activated.

Physical Products

If physical books or merchandise are sold directly by TandemLights in the future, shipping, returns, damaged items, and delivery timelines will be added to this policy before those products are sold.

How to Request Help

Email start4futurellc@gmail.com with your order email, product name, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Do not email full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
