• Purchase information needed to fulfill an order, such as product purchased, order date, payment status, and delivery status.
• Payment information processed by Stripe. TandemLights does not store full card numbers or bank credentials on its own servers.
• Technical information such as device type, browser type, approximate location, referral source, IP address, and pages visited.
• Communications you send to us for support, refunds, product questions, or access requests.

How We Use Information

• To operate the website and provide requested information.
• To deliver books, digital downloads, app access, reader list updates, and customer support.

Email and Marketing

If you join a reader list or request early access, we may send updates about TandemLights books, apps, releases, and related work. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. Transactional and support emails may still be sent when necessary.

Payments

Payments are expected to be processed by Stripe or another third-party payment provider. Those providers process payment data under their own privacy and security terms. TandemLights receives limited order and payment status information needed to fulfill orders, manage support, and maintain business records.

Cookies and Analytics

The site may use cookies, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies to understand traffic, improve performance, remember preferences, and detect abuse. If optional analytics or advertising tools are added later, this policy should be updated before those tools go live.
