By using the TandemLights website or purchasing, downloading, accessing, or requesting TandemLights content, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Digital Delivery Policy, and the Disclaimers.

Who We Are

TandemLights is operated by Start4Future LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Illinois, located at 2501 Chatham Rd Ste N, Springfield, IL 62704-4188.

Products and Availability

TandemLights offers books, ebooks, digital downloads, app access, companion tools, email lists, and related media. Product descriptions, availability, pricing, formats, launch timing, and features may change without notice.

Accounts and Access

Some products or services may require an account, email address, download link, or access credential. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access information and for activity under your account or download links.

Payments

Paid products are processed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and authorize applicable charges, taxes, and fees shown at checkout. TandemLights does not store full payment card details on its own servers.

Digital Product License

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, digital books, downloads, app materials, worksheets, and companion resources are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly post, sublicense, scrape, train models on, or create derivative commercial products from TandemLights materials without written permission.

Intellectual Property

The TandemLights name, site content, copy, design, books, images, app concepts, product names, cover art, downloadable materials, and related works are owned by TandemLights or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site or services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, use the content unlawfully, upload malicious code, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, or use TandemLights materials in a way that is deceptive, abusive, or harmful.
